o.O Level 100? On Fire Red, I beat the Elite Four with level 70 Pokémon; five fire-types, and a Pidgeot.
I have no clue how I did it, either xD

Strange. Was that for the first time or the second time?

I say that for I wonder how you got past the first round, for Dewgong or Lapras would have destroyed your entire team if Lorelei played it right. But then, that's how the game goes.

When I first played, Charizard (who was level 78 and the highest level of them my party) was the one who did most of the work, although it took a few elixirs to get through that first round, for Dewgong only takes half damage from fire type moves.

So although I am surprised at your team being mostly of fire types, I am not all that surprised that you could win, especially if you did it the first time, for it meant that your team were some many (5-20) levels higher and had the ability to OHKO or 2HKO most of the E4's Pokemon.

3. That dragon scale? Uhhhh, I dunno. I would give it to a Seadra instead of a Dragonite, for that it is used to evolve Seadra (via trading) to a Kingdra.
4. I'm assuming you want double bucks from the E4 ... hence Blastoise's Amulet Coin. You might want to have Blastoise in at least through every person of the E4 for max money.
5. It might be me, but for Dragonite, you might want to take Dragon Rage out and should have kept Wing Attack. I say that because against Bruno, you don't want to waste Psychic on the fighters (Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan/Machamp). Flying types would work as well, giving you ample more chances if Dragonite has Wing Attack. Think about it. You only get 10 PP with Psychic, and yet 35 PP with Wing Attack. That's okay because my Dragonite is still on it's Dragonair stage. I am using Psychic on Agatha's Poison Pokemon and the Shadow Ball on Mesdeavus. And Flying types can be defeated with the Bruno's fighters' Rock Tombs. Both are super effective, but proportion wise, Wing Attack would be better. Not to mention, you being in the Squirtle Division, you'll be facing against Venusaur in the rival battle. Wing Attack works as well, unless you're deciding on using Arcanine against it.
6. Speaking of Arcanine, where's Flamethrower? I'm not really a fan of using Overheat unless the fire type Pokemon had an extremely high special attack that would work and not really hinder itself when its special attack lowers two levels after using it.
7. No Ice attacks? Maybe you might decide on using electric type attacks instead for the dragons of Lance (although I am a little skeptical on if it works for Aerodactyl. I know that Ice works for 4X damage against Aerodactyl.) Take either of the Hydro attacks out (Hydro Pump, preferably), and put in Ice Beam. I am actually using my Dragonite on those dragons even though they are also super effective against me. An Ice-type wouldn't work as well on Lance's Kingdra. If I chose Charizard it would be a good replacement for Dragonite. Blastoise's Hydro Cannon will take care of Aerodactyl.
My answers are in bold.

Faint Attack and Crunch would work too, bonus for Persian.
I agree with the Flying's weakness through Rock Tomb/Rock Slide, but, Drill Peck and Wing Attack are perfect for OHKO and 2hKO, if your Flyers are high enough levels.

Well, that's 'cause Kingdra is Water/Dragon so it negates both the Ice and Electric weaknesses. Only main weakness is Dragon attacks itself.

Interesting set, although you might want to switch some things for three of your Pokemon can go down from with a high level Electabuzz.. since your tank (Diglett) isn't all that great yet.
-For Charizard, I am not a big fan of Blast Burn... as legendary of a move, it still has a tendency to miss. Flamethrower instead.
Focus Punch for Marowak? Durrrr ... if you have to have a fighting attack, maybe Brick Break instead. Plus I would suggest keeping one of the ground attacks for Marowak (Bone Rush.)
-I'm scratching my head at the Vaporeon/Articuno set. However, I am passing because of the 'Surf', which is why I see them.
-Two Pokemon with Fly? Why not Charizard having Wing Attack?

p.s. this goes 2 every 1. this guy's banned.

All you need are a good water, ice, ghost, and electric pokemon. All should be in the 50-60 range.

Unless you focused a lot on speed, your Pokemon, in most of the battles in the E4, will more than likely be the second to move if you're under level 51... and especially against the Rival's starter being at level 65?

I said 67 as somewhat of a default level to make it so that all of your Pokemon still has an effect. If you EV's your Pokemon then hell, most of them can do what a usual trainer would do at level 67, but at level 47 instead. Most people don't take time to EV train, so if you want to defeat the E4 quick, then 67 is a good number, mainly for your best Pokemon.

EV training before defeating E4 is quite pointless. I would do it after completing everything there is.
