Wow... without Sleep Powder? Surprised you didn't keep Sleep Powder for Victreebel. Since you had 2 Paralyzing moves - Thunder Wave (Zapdos) and Stun Spore (Victreebel), I would have got the other SC moves (Sleep Powder or Poison Powder, although Poison Powder sucks). But you won with those, so sweet.

I accidently erased Sleep Powder.

...

Anyways, this is my tenth pokemon team I have experimented with, and it is also the best one out there.

Use the VS seeker. I did it on my pokemon that it was super-effective against to make things easier. It just takes paitence.

It also depends on what Pokemon you have.

Kadabra and other Psychic Pokemon work well in Cycling Road because all of the Bikers there either have Fighting or Poison types. Winners all the way.

I would need to know what other Pokemon you have, so that I can suggest the best places to train certain Pokemon.

And the VS Seeker, like Rohan mentioned, is an important piece because you can train with them on the same ones over and over again. To note, if the foes are way low of a level, it will take longer for your Pokemon to level up because of the low experience points. You don't want your level 59 Pokemon to fight against a level 12 foe... so go to harder opponents. Try to OHKO the highest level opponents, and use up all of your PP before you heal up again.

Some hints:
- Electric types will work in the any watery area, since all of the trainers use a lot of water types. There are a few bird keepers there, too, so they work there too
- Route 21 (between Cinnabar Island and Pallet Town), is the home to an infinite load of Tangelas. Your Fire, Ice, Poison, and Flying types would love to train there.

Actually, I think the Cycling Road is still good for Kadabra (since all of the bikers use poison or fighting types).

The birds (Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres) you might want to train in Route 21 (where all of the Tangelas are at). Tangela is a grass type, so basically use:
- Any Ice attack (Articuno) (Ice Beam, especially.)
- Drill Peck (Zapdos)
- Any Fire or Flying attack (Moltres) (Wing Attack and Flamethrower are perfect)

Zapdos is also good for all of the bodies of water, where most of the trainers around there uses Bird and water type, so a perfect training ground for Zapdos.

Whichever one you fight with, tack on the Experience Share for Lapras (for a good while, perhaps until it gets to level 35), and use up all of their PP. Then later on, when Lapras is at a high level, you might want to give it to Snorlax instead.

For Lapras, if it has any water type moves, train it in Diglett's Cave (from Vermilion). and continue fighting all of the Digletts and Dugtrios.

The level you want to shoot for is 67.

For the second round, I'm thinking of these Pokemon:

-Raichu - Lv. 75 (Aspear Berry)

Thunder
Thunder Wave
Thunder Shock
Body Slam

-Arcanine - Lv. 72 (Leppa Berry)

Overheat
Strenghth
Fire Blast
Sunny Day

-Blastoise - Lv. 100 (Amulet Coin)

Water Pulse
Surf
Hydro Pump
Hydro Cannon

-Dragonite - Lv. 72 (Dragon Scale)

Dragon Rage
Fly
Dragon Claw
Outrage (What Level does he learn that?)

-Kadabra Lv. 72 (I am not evolving him) (Chestro Berry)

Psybeam
Psycic
Shadow Ball (What Level Does he learn that?)
Recover

-Onix Lv. 75 (Pecha Berry)

Earthquake
Iron Tail
Sand Storm
Dragonbreath

Do I need to change a few moves?
When do I learn certain moves?
Do I have the perfect items?

1. O.o Kadabra doesn't learn Shadow Ball from leveling up. You give it TM30.
2. Dragonite learns Outrage at level 61.
3. That dragon scale? Uhhhh, I dunno. I would give it to a Seadra instead of a Dragonite, for that it is used to evolve Seadra (via trading) to a Kingdra.
4. I'm assuming you want double bucks from the E4 ... hence Blastoise's Amulet Coin. You might want to have Blastoise in at least through every person of the E4 for max money.
5. It might be me, but for Dragonite, you might want to take Dragon Rage out and should have kept Wing Attack. I say that because against Bruno, you don't want to waste Psychic on the fighters (Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan/Machamp). Flying types would work as well, giving you ample more chances if Dragonite has Wing Attack. Think about it. You only get 10 PP with Psychic, and yet 35 PP with Wing Attack. Both are super effective, but proportion wise, Wing Attack would be better. Not to mention, you being in the Squirtle Division, you'll be facing against Venusaur in the rival battle. Wing Attack works as well, unless you're deciding on using Arcanine against it.
6. Speaking of Arcanine, where's Flamethrower? I'm not really a fan of using Overheat unless the fire type Pokemon had an extremely high special attack that would work and not really hinder itself when its special attack lowers two levels after using it.
7. No Ice attacks? Maybe you might decide on using electric type attacks instead for the dragons of Lance (although I am a little skeptical on if it works for Aerodactyl. I know that Ice works for 4X damage against Aerodactyl.) Take either of the Hydro attacks out (Hydro Pump, preferably), and put in Ice Beam.

In truth, I'm only seeing three Pokemon. I would suggest having a team of six.
Some thoughts:
- Get a water type. You'll be facing Charizard in the rival battles.
- A psychic type as well.
- A type which can use dark or ghost attacks (preferably dark). Although the Gengars/Haunters can be destroyed using Psychic...
- Someone who uses electric types. Your Pidgeot would be killed easily in just the first round if it went in like that.
-The E4's Pokemon levels range from 50 to 65. Come prepared with pokemon at a minimum of level 67.
