yeah about an hour ago mine was so slow it took 5 mins to load the site literally in fact ive just come back on and its quite slow now

Like I said, 2:00 - 3:30 PM Eastern Time is the real slow down period. If it was only an hour ago you were having trouble, it likely fell into that bracket of time.

Just relax though, its only an hour of time, but the rest of the time the forum runs fine.

Well, like I said in the other post - clearly gone unread - it's not what you see it's how many see it. It doesn't matter if they're watching locked threads or inactive member profiles. If they can't watch that, they'll just view something else. It's the activity that's the issue, not the information.


Ryan intended pe2k to be a public forum. So, I'll just say, wake up and smell the coffee. This place isn't made for a select few, although some might disagree with me. It's made for the general public and therefor reducing the people coming here is not an option.

At least one thing we agree on.

I don't like coffee. Though, if you think you can go undone by deleting sertain people, you must be out of your brain. It's the most logic solution you can think of ( less members and threads = Less lagging ).

im running mac so i don't get viruses (it's as fast as the day i bought it) and i did notice the forum was really slow yesterday, but it's fine now
