Max exp

I was just wondering if anyone knew a site that gives the maximum experience points (the amount of exp at lvl 100) for R/S. I used to go to www.pokefor.tk but they seem to be having problems right now...

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think you can find max exp points, anyway, why would you need them? :-\

I wanted them in relation to training like Dark Pikachu said. Just wanted to know which Pokemon are harder to train to lvl 100 than others, etc.
