Post Castform's Weather Ball

Did you know that weather ball becomes a rock type move if used in a sandstorm? But, castform doesn't change form so he gets damage on every turn. Apart from sunny day, rain dance and hail, is weather ball affected by any other moves?

Yup, I knew that. And no, Weather Ball is not affected by any other moves.

It isn't the best but he doesn't suck either. It is a great choice for smart in contests. Weather ball after an other weather move is an 8 hearts (at least) combo.

But in order to change the move's type you need to sacrifice 1 turn.

castform's base stat is 70 in everything, and it has a wide movepool, so it's not that bad, since it can be used as a sunny beamer (sunny day + flamethrwer + solar beam), or a stormer (rain dance + thunder + weather ball/water pulse), both sets are awesome, and castform can use both

Rain dance gives Thunder 100% accuracy I believe.

That is very useful! But you still have to sacrifice one turn.

No, I think it makes Thunder a never miss attack.

Yes, under optimal conditions.

But 100% accuracy means never miss ONLY when the attacker was not Sand Attacked or the opponent did not Double Team or something.

100% accuracy attacks can still miss under those conditions.

Conclusion: I think it becomes never miss.

100% accuracy is stable. That's what I think Chaolin means.
