- Shadow Ball

Good; if you want, you might consider a Choice Specs set; I have one on my Gengar which has the exact same nature and EV spread as yours with Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, and Psychic, and it works pretty well.

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Trait: Motor Drive
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
- Thunder Punch
- Ice Punch
- Cross Chop
- Earthquake

Good.

[B]Garchomp @ Choice Band
Trait: Sand Veil
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
- Stone Edge
- Fire Fang
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw

Jolly Garchomp is fast enough to outrun a lot of Pokemon, and having a Choice Band equipped complements its diverse physical moovepool, allowing it to sweep effectively.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk / 200 Spd / 56 Def
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch / Taunt
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Adjust the IV's with Tamato Berries, re-EV train. I am not sure about the Taunt in the moveset; I know it's recommended to prevent getting Hazed or P-Hazed but it's up to you. Other than that, you should be good to go.

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
Trait: Keen Eye
Nature: Impish
EV's: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Atk
- Spikes
- Roar
- Drill Peck
- Roost

Shed Shell prevents it from being trapped by Mean Look, or even worse Magnezone's Magnet Pull ability. As for healing, Roost is better than Rest because it doesn't use up your item and in the event you are up against a Pokemon who is slower than you, it could temporarily negate your Flying Type, making you even more formidable if you play your cards right.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Nature: Bold
Ev's: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder Wave

Skarmbliss is even more effective when Blissey doubles as a Cleric on top of being a Special Wall, which is why Aromatherapy is necessary.

Good team; just make a few minor adjustments and you have a solid lineup.

Lightbulb Re: My Final Team RMT

Most people like to use Cross Chop on Elect. But I don't like that. I perfer Brick Break. Garchomp for Substitute for sure. Since yo have Jolly for Garchomp, sure, use CB.
