hint use rare candies in last couple of levels like lv97/98

Dont Rare Candy. It makes your stats really bad, thats how i messed up my mewtwo. But overall, your team is pretty good.

when a pokemon gains a level, it raise its stats depending of the IV (individual values) and EV (effort values), the difference between a level gained with rare candies it's that your pokemon doesn't gain the EVs in THAT level, cause simply it didn't beat any enemy to gain the EVs, but since there is a limit of EVs (510), it won't matter if u raise ur pokemon with rare candies or battles once ur pokemon reach that limit

First EV-train your Deoxys and THAN use rare candies for the best effect.

It is obviously In-Game it has a Mewtwo and Blastiose on it.
