Default Beating the elite four with one pokemon

I'm looking for a pokemon obtainable in Leaf Green version that can beat the elite four (the lvl 60+ version after you do all the islands stuff). This pokemon needs to have a moveset that, when at level 100, allows it to kill every elite four opponent pokemon in one attack per pokemon while holding an amulet coin.

this moveset needs to be accomplished without the use of 1-of-a-kind TMs.

edit: I'd also prefer it was a non-legendary, non 1-of-a-kind pokemon, ie something i could breed.

Cheers

Think I figured out one that could do it, or close enough.

Snorlax @ Amulet Coin
Nature: Lonely, Brave, Adamant, Naughty
EVs: 252atk/252spd/6def

Brick Break (TM31 - celadon mart)
Shadow Ball (TM30 - celadon game corner)
Body Slam (level)
Double Edge (breed with cubone who learns it at level 45)

As far as i can tell you can only get one Return TM in LG which is a shame..

That question's not that tough

Starmie@leftovers
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 Spd, 252 SpAtk
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice beam
Psychic

Thanks but that doesn't meet my requirement of needing a moveset that doesn't use 1-of-a-kind TMs (Psychic)

I managed to breed a decent Snorlax, Lonely (+atk, -def) nature and 22 attack / 30 speed IV. He's now level 45 with EVs done, will see how he goes at higher levels :)

Well my 'lax is level 93 and is going great:

LORELEI:
Dewgong level 64 - Brick Break (1 hit)
Cloyster level 63 - Brick Break (1 hit)
Piloswine level 63 - Brick Break (1 hit)
Jynx level 66 - Body Slam (1 hit)
Lapras level 66 - Brick Break (1 hit)

BRUNO:
Steelix level 65 - Brick Break (2 hits)
Hitmonchan level 65 - Body Slam (1 hit)
Machamp level 68 - Double Edge (1 hit)
Hitmonlee level 65 - Body Slam (1 hit)
Steelix level 66 - Brick Break (2 hits)

AGATHA:
Gengar level 66 - Shadow Ball (1 hit) [still faster than me at level 93]
Crobat level 66 - Body Slam (1 hit) [still faster than me at level 93]
Arbok level 68 - Body Slam (1 hit) [after Arbok intimidate reduces my attack]
Gengar level 70 - Shadow Ball (1 hit) [still faster than me at level 93][after Arbok intimidate reduces my attack]
Misdreavus level - Shadow Ball (1 hit) [after Arbok intimidate reduces my attack]

LANCE:
Gyarados level 68 - Body Slam (1 hit) [swapped out at start to avoid intimidate]
Kingdra level 66 - Body Slam (1 hit)
Dragonite level 66 - Body Slam (1 hit)
Aerodactyl level 70 - Double Edge (1 hit) [I was surprised too]
Dragonite level 72 - Double Edge (1 hit)

RIVAL:
Heracross level 72 - Body Slam (1 hit)
Alakazam level 73 - Shadow Ball (1 hit) [still faster than me at level 93]
Exeggutor level 73 - Shadow Ball (1 hit)
Tyranitar level 72 - Brick Break (1 hit)
Arcanine level 73 - Double Edge (1 hit) [after Arcanine intimidate reduces my attack]
Blastoise level 75 - Body Slam (2 hits) [after Arcanine intimidate reduces my attack]

I do have to use two potions per run at the moment to counter the double edge recoil and the damage from AGATHA's fast pokemon. Hopefully by level 100 I'll be able to kill
Machamp level 68 in one body slam
Aerodactyl level 70 in one in one brick break
and dragonite level 72 in one body slam
which will reduce my reliance on potions.

I found a combo that works better than Snorlax.

Jynx@Amulet Coin
Level: 100
Nature: Mild (+sp.atk, -def)
EVs: 252sp.atk, 252spd
(24 sp.atk IV, 354 sp.atk at level 100)
~Ice Beam
~Psychic
~Lovely Kiss
~Mean Look

Dragonite@Nothing
Level: 100
Didn't bother to EV train or breed for IVs/nature, originally intended as just a HM slave
~Brick Break
~Fly
~Strength
~Surf

Lorelei: Brick Break, Brick Break, Brick Break, Brick Break, Brick Break
Bruno: Ice Beam, Psychic, Psychic, Psychic, Ice Beam
Agatha: Psychic, Psychic, Psychic, Psychic, Psychic
Lance: Ice Beam, Ice Beam, Ice Beam, Ice Beam, Ice Beam
Rival: Psychic, Ice Beam, Psychic, Brick Break, Strength+Strength, Fly

1 hit KOs on everything except rival's Blastoise, no potions required, and still only requires 1 pokemon + a HM slave that I would have had in my party anyway, which leaves room for 3-4 Phanpys (for Pickup) depending whether or not I'm powerleveling a pokemon.

I love this kind of stuff..working out efficient ways to do things :)

Next project: Tyranitar.

Ultimate goal: 1HKO all of the elite four with one pokemon, without needing any potions.

Yeah, Starmie is good.

I mean she has great base stats in special attack and speed.

And then you add the move set. Ice beam is essential because of those dragons.

Hoo boy... I don't know if it's really possible to one-hit every Elite Four Pokemon with the same creature... Well, I'm sure it is, but I'll be darned if I can figure out how... I wish anyone who tries this the best of luck though.

my blastoise is pretty awesome, except for the TM situation
LV. 100
hydro pump + max PP
earthquake
ice beam + 2 PP
brick break + 1 PP

i think i use one hyper potion in between every person.
you might need an ether in btween people.

extra PP is always good. you can trade berry powder for more i think.

I still insist with starmie and if u can... get or trade psychic for it:
Starmie at lvl 70!
modest nature
IVs: 252 spatk, 252 spd

LORELEI:
Dewgong level 64 - thunderbolt (OHKO)
Cloyster level 63 - thunderbolt (OHKO)
Piloswine level 63 - surf (OHKO)
Jynx level 66 - surf (twice)*
Lapras level 66 - thudnerbolt (OHKO)
* Jynx uses psychic and ice type moves, both not very effective against starmie, so it won't be a problem

BRUNO:
Steelix level 65 - surf (OHKO)
Hitmonchan level 65 - psychic (OHKO)
Machamp level 68 - psychic (OHKO)
Hitmonlee level 65 - psychic (OHKO)
Steelix level 66 - surf (OHKO)

AGATHA:
Gengar level 66 - psychic (OHKO)
Crobat level 66 - psychic (OHKO)
Arbok level 68 - psychic (OHKO)
Gengar level 70 - psychic (OHKO)
Misdreavus level - surf (twice)**
** this is the only "problem" in the entire E4, since it's shadow ball will do high damage to starmie, but since starmie is faster it won't be THAT hard

LANCE:
Gyarados level 68 - thunderbolt (OHKO)
Kingdra level 66 - ice beam/thunderbolt (twice)***
Dragonite level 66 - ice beam (OHKO)
Aerodactyl level 70 - surf (OHKO)
Dragonite level 72 - ice beam (OHKO)
*** watch out for DD+HB

RIVAL:
Heracross level 72 - psychic (OHKO)
Alakazam level 73 - surf (twice) ****
Exeggutor level 73 - ice beam (OHKO)
Tyranitar level 72 - surf (OHKO)
Arcanine level 73 - surf (OHKO)
Blastoise level 75 - thunderbolt (OHKO)
**** alakazam only has psychic type moves, and since they are not very effective against starmie, it won't be a problem

I guess with a starmie at lvl 100 this will be a peace of cake
