When you transfer Pokemon from DP to PBR, can you get them back?

NO, no the pokemon stay on your ds pbr copy's all your pokemon from the ds to pbr.

To clarify that answer:
PBR makes a copy of all Pokemon on your Diamond or Pearl game. No Pokemon leave your Diamond or Pearl, you just have duplicates of them all on PBR.
