Thanks. I could try doing it in MSpaint.
Besides, Xtra, you can copy and paste into a paint document.

Re: Art! Magazine Project
Here is Battle of the Programs.
Welcome, to Battle Of The Programs. An article on the PE2K Magazine, made by me, Noob of All Noobs, where I asked many banner makers a question, I got a few answers and here they are. The question was to ask fellow members, if they have ever made a banner on the program called GIMP. I then asked, if they currently use the program for the banners they are making in these days. I have answers from members such as Azumao, Kenny, Sent, and other people, and got their answers here, so I suggest you go check them out. I first asked a well-known member, going by the name of Sent Reglay. I asked him the question, and in reply he told me that he has GIMP, yet he does not use it. He is a user of the program, Photoshop. I then asked good old Kenny. He had an answer kind of like Sent Reglay’s answer, and he said that he also has GIMP, but he does not use it. Just like Sent, he uses the other program, Photoshop. I then asked ZiVixx, who is also a user of Photoshop, I really then thought at that time, everyone uses Photoshop. But then I received an answer from a good friend, Azumao. Azumao made me feel happy, when she was the first member I asked that used the program GIMP. The next person was Hoshika. He, mostly like everyone else, uses Photoshop. He was another user of Photoshop, and we had only a few left to interview. Many people chose Photoshop over GIMP. The next to answer was, BerserkerFury. He is another user of GIMP. All of the things in his banner shop were made in GIMP. I then asked a member, who has made only one banner, which I really liked. He answered with an answer that no one has told me yet. His program was the program that is usually used for sprites, Paint. Paint is what many people make their sprites on, fusions, revamps, devamps, recolors, and many other things. This was shocking, not many people use Paint. The next person was Nick Roge, and he answered with a unique answer. He has used GIMP once before on a banner, but has not used it anymore because of complication. So you see people, many members use the program of Photoshop. It is most popular, followed by GIMP, and then Paint. We asked many members, but most pick Photoshop. So if you want to make a banner now, many people would suggest you to use the program of Photoshop. So there you go, that was Battle of the Programs!
