Electabuzz *Faints*
I've been looking for an electabuzz in the Power Plant for about an hour now. -_-; (I know it's only available in FR, which is what I'm looking for it in.)
Any tips? I know the whole 'Just keep looking.' but maybe I'm not doing something right...

Just try to look for a Magnemite or something, and you'll find an Electabuzz instead. Works every time. =D
