Wow, I never knew how many people have never heard of the Internet, or MSPaint, and the Copy/Paste technique.

Even if it was a Ditto, the transformed copy would look a little see-through (ghost like). Is it nessesary to hack just for the Pokemon's level? They could have shown Lv. 100 or 36. They are hacking/cheating for no reason. Though its possible to have a LV. 5 Raichu, Arcainine, Clafable, Wigglytuff, Steelix, Sizor, Latias, Latios, Milotic, Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Exegutor, Metapod, Kakuna, Silcoon, and Cascoon.

First, Serebii builds battle scenes with the pokemon making the attack to show how the attack is, second, a website called the spriters resource have battle scene makers and serebii could have used those battle scene makers and get the attack screenshot and put it in the battle scene and third, The only way to get low lever final evos is by using GS or AR.

it is most likely a hacked rom, it is very very easy to hack roms and it would make a very easy screenshot

What's the point in proving/disproving if those sites used hacks?

At least they help.

So what if they used cheats?

Is there any BOUNTY when you find a site using hacks and report them to the makers of Pokémon™?

Oh well, I guess you guys are just curious, anyway.

And I think they use hacks.

Level 5 Charizard, Walrein, etc. were possible via the Pomeg Berry glitch in Emerald (and Emerald only). You put a Pokemon with EVs in HP in the front, and you have nothing else except for eggs. Get the Pokemon to 1 hp and use a Pomeg berry, then if you battle, your egg will be battling and earn exp, etc. You can get a Torchic egg, level it to 36 in this way, evolve, and when it hatches it'll be a Blaziken with all of the moves it learned along the way, however difficult it may be to get to level 36 before it hatching.

I'd say you'd be able to get a poke to level 20-25 or so before hatching using this method.

Don't arrive at conclusions without looking into it.

There are many possibilties:

1.Maybe it was in the data of the game and serebii states that it takes the data directly from the game. THats why they have the amount of steps for hatching uneggable pokemon, like Alakazam.

2. Maybe they do have AR or GS

3.Move Relearner

For Raichu, Arcanine, Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Wigglytuff, Clefable, Exegutor, just get the appropraite stone and get a Level 5 Pikachu, Growlithe, Eevee etc. and use the stone.

The rest either evolve early, do not evolve, or evolve by being traded.

The minimum level for Clefable is Lv 6 because friendship evolution requires a level up. It's possible to get a Lv 5 Wigglytuff because its minimum level is Lv3 in FRLG. Latias and Latios can't be hatched from eggs. Feebas also needs to level up, so Milotic's minimum level is Lv 6. The cocoons/chrysalis Pokemon can be found in the wild at Lv5, but why bother?

Serebii is known to hack games to get data. If a screenshot is legitimate, it's probably ripped from an emulator. If not, they probably created their own using ripped sprites. Or taken from an official site. I think Serebii plays the games on an emulator.
