Actually, whenever I eat anything before I go to bed, I have nightmares. It's not just spicy foods with me.

Supposely, if you drink milk and eat cheese or yogurt you'll have much better dreams. I've tried that and it hasn't worked.

Also, there's something that says if you fall asleep lying on your back, you'll remember your dream better than if you sleep on your side or on your stomach.

Yeah, I occasionally sleep on my side... but I have trouble sleeping on my back.

I constantly change position to get comfortable. Most of the time I sleep on my stomach.

I normally sleep on my side. But if you want to remember your dreams, it helps when you wake up slowly. Because you only dream in REM sleep (like at the beginning and end of sleep), if you wake up suddenly, you will either not reach REM or it wont be gradual enough.

0_o? No he died from sleeping on his stomach. He needed more air than most people and his pillow suffocated him.

I had a dream 2 nights ago that a girl asked me out. And the next day the same girl asked me out. Weird.

Yeah, that'd be pretty strange. Hopefully the person in my dream (if I had one like this) wouldn't be someone that I really dislike. That would stink...
