Default Rate my D/P team?

Thanks! This is my first attempt at making a competitive team for Diamond/Pearl. It is centered around one of my favorite pokemon, Rhyperior!

Absol@Quick Claw
Jolly Nature (+Spd -SA)
Ability:Super Luck
252 Spd/26 HP/200 Atk

Swords Dance
Return
Baton Pass
Night Slash

Starter. He's a baton passer for Rhyperior, and can also do some nice backup physical damage if needed. Night slash is for STAB/high critical hit count, and Return is for taking out those that are resistant to dark.

Rhyperior@Leftovers
Adamant Nature (+Atk -SA)
Ability:Solid Rock
176 Atk/252 HP/80 SD

Earthquake
Substitute
Focus Punch
Megahorn

The gem of my team! He is, obviously, a physical sweeper. He can subpunch, which complements his low speed. Earthquake is for STAB, and Megahorn is for taking out those nasty Psychics/Darks.

Steelix@Leftovers
Impish Nature (+Def -SA)
Ability:Sturdy
252 HP/252 Def/4 SD

Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Roar
Explosion

My Spiker/Pseudo hazer/physical wall/m00ber. Stealth Rock/Roar is for spiking. Roar by itself is for phazing. Earthquake is for STAB, and explosion is for a last resort.

Milotic@Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def -Atk)
Ability:Marvel Scale
252 HP/252 Def/4 SA

Ice beam
Recover
Surf
Confuse Ray

My backup special sweeper/tank. Confuse ray is for slight annoyance/stalling. Ice beam is for taking out some strong dragons. Surf is for STAB, and Recover is for healing.

Blissey@Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def -Atk)
Ability:Natural Cure
252 Def/252 HP/4 SD

Aromatherapy
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Ice Beam

My Cleric/wall. She can take out many things with multiple seismic tosses, and ice beam is there for pokemon with high hp but low SD. Aromatherapy is for supporting Rhyperior and others, and softboiled is there for healing herself.

Togekiss@Leftovers
Modest Nature (+SA -Atk)
Ability:Serene Grace
252 SA/252 Spd/4 Hp

Air Slash
Aura Sphere
Nasty Plot
Wish

My special sweeper/wisher. Air slash has a 60% chance of flinching, which is awesome to me. Flamethrower is there for basic sweeping. Nasty plot is for boosting attacks, and WIsh is to support Rhyperior and other pokes.

I am open to suggestions. Thanks again!

Choice band doesn't let you switch the attack, so CB+Substitute is counter producing. Use Leftovers on Rhyperior, and spare some Atk EVs since it'll be receving sword dances anyway

Milotic is also something that needs fixing. Annoying sets are always useless, so you'll want to trade Attract or C-ray for Ice Beam, as otherwise, Garchomp runs all over this team with ease. I'd also use Bold with max HP and Def, to take on the aforementioned Chomp, plus physical salamence, Metagross, etc

Watch out for Heracross, as it can dent this team

Absol@Salac Berry
Jolly Nature (+Spd -SA)
Ability:Super Luck
252 Spd/26 HP/200 Atk

Swords Dance
Return/Taunt
Baton Pass
Night Slash

Just watch out for Steel types. They can resist Return and Night Slash.

Rhyperior@Choice Band
Adamant Nature (+Atk -SA)
Ability:Rock Head
252 Atk/252 HP/4 SD

Earthquake
Double-Edge
Focus Punch/Stone Edge
Megahorn

Sub and Choice Band don't go together.

Steelix@Leftovers
Impish Nature (+Def -SA)
Ability:Sturdy
252 HP/252 Def/4 SD

Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Roar
Explosion

Okay.

Milotic@Leftovers
Calm Nature (+SD -Atk)
Ability:Marvel Scale
252 HP/128 Def/128 SA

Attract
Recover
Surf
Confuse Ray

This set works, but Surf/Ice Beam/Rest/Sleep Talk seems more effective.

Blissey@Leftovers
Bold Nature (+SD -Atk)
Ability:Natural Cure
252 Def/252 HP/4 SD

Aromatherapy
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Ice Beam/Thunder Wave

Blissey needs all the Def it can get, so Bold is better.

Togekiss@Leftovers
Modest Nature (+SA -Atk)
Ability:Serene Grace
252 SA/252 Spd/4 Hp

Air Slash
Flamethrower/Aura Sphere
Nasty Plot
Wish

Flamethrower doesn't cover Rock types, but Aura Sphere does.
Seems good, but you have 2 Ground types.
