Dragonite @ Leftovers

- Thunderbolt
- Icebeam
- Flamethrower
- Dragonpulse
Special sweeper.

if this is a non competitive team it looks fine, if its competitive I would re work that umbreon.

Im not entirely sure if umbry gets any game breakers in D/P, but I would for a competitiv team, reccomend the chaosbreon courtesy of chaos of smogon

Umbry @leftovers
EVS: around 230 speed, then load up hp and defenses
-Mean look
-baton pass
-taunt
-wish

taunt off setups/phazers, mean look and pass to a counter. its an easy way to get a KO, and in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing its absolutely deadly.

Im not too fond of other umbreon sets, but if this is non competitive or you dont want that the set you still have will not work the way it is. drop sub or curse, and just pass one of the two. he needs baton pass to do anything, really.

or you can toxic trap if you really want, but you need to have magneton to buddy up with him, or the new evo whose name escapes me.

-on ludi I wouldnt replace protect with dive, it seems like a good idea until they catch on and switch a counter in while youre under.

-I'd go choice band on metagross. rockslide > agility

-draggy could work probably

There's always Mean Look, Confuse Ray, Screech, Moonlight, but that only really works when people are expecting the absoulute standard, big surprise. About the other Pokemon, Dragonite doesn't do that well Special Sweeper, and your last to Pokemon should be NEW! Maybe your starter.

This team is going to be used just to battle my school friends. Thanks for your help, and I'll see if I can decide on a new gen Pokemon to add to my team.

I've never thought of ludi as that good of a drainer, I was always more towards somthing like sceptile. But I agree with Fing's umbry, that's like the ultimate disable. I've used dragonite like that as a starter in the past, but again with dragonite you have to be weary of beam.

u could always make that umbreon know shadow ball, psychic, bite and moonlight

all u people seem to have troubles allowing your umbreon to do some straight up damage and it annoys me

Or, we could not use that.

That's because Umbreon isn't effective as a Sweeper.

Good for you, in need of practice.

Use Surf/Sub/Synthsis>Protect. Also, your EVs have to be multiples of 4.

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs:4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Thunder
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
-Roost/ Stone Edge/ Dragon Claw
Special sweeper.

Make him a Physical Sweeper, and take advantage of it's massive attack. Thunder is for Bulky waters

Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/ 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Agility/ Rockslide
- Explosion

Agility>Rock Slide

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Trait: Syncronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Substitute/ Moonlight
- Mean Look/ Baton Pass
- Curse

Use the set that Fing suggested for Umbre.
For the last two, you might want to have some sort of special sweeper.

Perhaps, Mismagus, Tangrowth, or Jolteon?

Ludi is the best drainer there is, because of his great ability.

Dragonite @ Leftovers

Yay may as well give it CG, make it mixed with LO, or for DD
Dragon Dance/Outrage/Earthquake/Fire Blast

Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Agility/ Rockslide
- Explosion

CBGross works better.
You never need that much spd on a metagross. or that much attack.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Trait: Syncronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Substitute/ Moonlight
- Mean Look/ Baton Pass
- Curse
