Wow cripples Physical Sweepers, which is an added bonus to every team. Psychic really doesn't hit anything but it has a really small move pool, so you dont have many choices.

I would say Shadow Ball instead Psycic and possibly WoW instead of Toxic, but not needed, maybe even a healing move (I think it can get Pain Split) instead of Nasty Plot. Tanking EVs with some SAtk.

Really good, the main problem is that Milotic needs Defensive natures and EVs.
