If Brock does ever get together with anyone, not that he should, it has to be Lucy.

She's the only one who has ever liked him and not turned out to be mentally disturbed/ a gold digger/ in love with someone else, etc. Poor bloke.

The joke IS pretty old, but face it, brock really needs a girl. He looks 20-ish.

But you also have a point. I think the creators don't want him to get a girl because it's not really suitable for kids if there really is an intimate relationship. Think about it, 10 year olds actually puke at the sight of kissing. I don't know about anime characters, but they do.

Sure. But in South Park, Kenny doesn't die in all episodes anymore. It was a running gag in the early episodes, but now...
