Question EV training?
I hear everyone talking about EV training, but I have no idea what it is! Could someone please explain? Please?

Every mon has a set amount of EVs that you get from defeating it. When you get four EVs for a Stat, that Stat goes up by one point. EV training is when you go out, and only beat the Pokemon that give out that EV.
