Can someone recommend a moveset for a Sceptile and Vileplume?

Timid nature
~ Leaf blade
~ Substitute
~ Leech seed / Endeavor
~ HP ice or Fire / Thunderpunch

Vileplume
Calm / Careful nature
~ Aromatherapy
~ Sleep powder
~ Sludge bomb / HP grass / Giga drain
~ Leech seed / Moonlight

Milotic is generally easy to EV. Use Bold nature always with max Hp. Then, put 212 EVs on Defense and the rest in whatever. Max Defense, max Hp is an option too

So first, Max out HP and then 212 on Defense...and then on whatever...

tbh, i'd breed until i got either Bold or Relaxed. Milotic is made to take hits, it's not an attacker

And the EVs are like this right:
First Max out HP and then 212 on defense and the rest on whatever

Once you approve you can lock this.

I like the Dragon Claw, Leaf Blade, Thunderpunch, Crunch Sceptile. But that's just me.
