Mine would be getting a shiny Wooper on my G/S game and failing to transfer it to Pokemon Stadium 2 or Crystal. The data got erased...
I still have my Shiny Pidgey and Drowzee, but I wish I had my pink Wooper, too. :(

By the way, it was weird...when I encountered the Shiny Drowzee it looked like a Normal Drowzee, but it entered battle like a shiny. (with the sparkles and whatnot)
I caught it anyway and decided to transfer it to Stadium 2 and when I viewed it in battle there it was purple. I checked its stat page on my GB game and it now appeared to be purple like it did on Stadium.

kay. Worst 5 moments of G/S/C

5) Trusting my friend with my gold.
4)Trusting my friend with my Crystal
3) Accidentaly wasting my masterball on Red Gyarados. (dont worry, my file sucked anyway.)
2) Finding a regular Gyarados, yelling OH NO! ITS GLITCHED! then erasing my file. (ah well. at least on my next AWESOME file I was smart about it. Too bad my friend stole it along with gold.)
1) Trusting my friend with my DADS Silver.

Well....

1) Having Gold, silver AND Crystal version stolen a few years ago

2) Trying to recharge my new silver version battery only to find when i took the game out of the SP it deleted itself(I was at Mahogany town after I'd beaten team rocket =() And btw, the game deleted itself when i put into my N64 pack to transfer some pokemon to Stadium 2.

My Pokemon needed training badly, so I had to train them on the low-levled Pokemon at that Blackthron route... you know, the route that is south. I forget the number. Anyways, I was stuck training there a lot and it was really annoying. My red Gyarados was like, level 38 and my Dragonair still had to evolve. It was also annoying evolving my Eevee. I wanted it to evolve into Espeon, but it evolved into Umbreon instead. But that's where I first got to like Umbreon so I'm thankful for the experience.

I made a lot of mistakes in G/S/C, due to it being my second Pokemon game ever.

I spent ages withering Entei down to one sliver of HP, and then I accidentally killed it instead of putting it sleep. x_x;

That I only got to play it for like 5 minutes in the store when it was first released. Then like so many years later I finally got the remakes of the original Pokemon games...

Lol, I guess you can say it ended my Pokemon experience for quite some time.

Lol, I killed a Shiny Oddish xD I didn't know much about Shinies. And I absolutely HATE Oddish. The day after I found out that shinies are the rarest types )x

1) Trading a LV65 Dragonite with BoltBeam to a *bleep* little *bleep*. He started a new game, that *bleep*

It was the first Pokemon I raised myself (brother's file) T_T.
2) Losing to Whitney because 4/5 of my team was male & I got Metronome hax.

When I couldn't defeat the last trainer in the Elite Four (The lady with the Murkrow I think)! I really hate that game; you get sooooo close to winning something then you just loose! And it was in Gold, by the way.

Well, this is when I was about 8 or so I'm gonna guess, I was pretty un-notified when it came to shinies, and I also naturally ran away from lowbie pokemon when trying to get to a area. So, I just got my 8th badge on my Gold, so I was running the 1st town (I forget why) and I kept being annoyed by Pidgeys, so I kept running from them. One I encountered did a sparkle when I encountered and had a funny color, I ran away like all the others... After that I found out about shinies, and feel like a idiot. To this very day (5 years later of playing pokemon) I have NEVER encountered another shiny...
