What level do you recommend me training to, inorder to tackle this dungeon?

i got to the last floor, where Entei is, and he killed me in 2 stomp attacks.

I sugges bringin a pokmon that knows parylze or sleep. Im not up to it yet but I killed Ray Ray in they story mode without taking a hit.

Would sleep seeps and stun seeds help at all?

i also have a Typhlosion with Smokescreen

Be at least lv. 40 with reviver seess.

how many revuver seeds do you recommend i take with me? i have like 50 in storage

I'm not sure but I tryed to use seeds on a boss and it didn't work. So I guess no if you can't get a pokemon that knows those moves just keep trying.

But i don't want to have to keep hiking up 40 floors, just to get to him, it's hard enough just to get to Entei......
