here is what I suggest to you about your pokemon team. I Suggest using six pokemon all that are different types. Next I would give that pokemon onw move of it's type. Or two for it's type. Example: Give Blastoise surf. Give Starmie physchic and surf. NEVER give pokemon multiple moves like flamethrower and fire spin. There are a few exeptions to this rule however. Next I would give your pokemon a move that it is effective at using that noone would expect. For example a thunderbolting starmie. It has a high special attack and it can beat other water types with it. The final move should be what i call a strategy breaking move. What do I mean by that??? I'll tell you. There are many different and effective pokemon strategies. For example someones strategy could be using doubleteam so you can't hit them. So I would give my pokemon aerail ace so it always hits. This will beat his/her strategy.Other strategy breaking moves include seismic toss and brick break to name a few. Here is an example of a pokemon that I quickly made up

level 100 Blaziken
MOVES:
1. Flamethrower- a move of its type
2. brick break- a move of its type and a strategy breaking move
3. rock slide- an attack Blaziken is effective at using and one that will allow it to beat flying foes which usually have a disadvantage against because it is a fighting type.
4. Earthquake- A move noone would expect that Blaziken is effective at using.

HOPE THIS HELPS!! Oh an delete take down for Metagross try protect or safeguard.

If my explanation was unclear you can email me and I will explain further. I wrote this in five minutes... :)

Here we go:

Sceptile @ Leftovers
Nature: Rash
Ability: Overgrow
Moves:
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw
Rock Tomb
False Swipe

Rash takes away SDef for SAttack. Bad. Use Timid. FSwipe is only for catching Pokemon, practically useless in competitive battling. Use Leech Seed over RTomb and maybe Crunch over FSwipe. Not sure about Crunch. EVs in Speed and Special Attack

Metagross @ Nothing (Need something he can hold!)
Nature: Impish
Ability: Clear Body
Moves:
Take Down
Psychic
Meteor Mash
Pursuit

Pursuit is useless, so is Take Down. Use Earthquake, Meteor Mash, Brick Break/Shadow Ball, Agility. Nature: Adamant, Item: Leftovers. EVs in Attack and Special Defense.

Manectric @ Magnet
Nature: Quirky
Ability: Static
Moves:
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Crunch
Roar

Standard. Timid nature pls. Attach Leftovers and EVs in Special Attack and Speed/HP.

Milotic @ Mystic Water
Nature: Quiet
Ability: Marvel Scale
Moves:
Surf
Ice Beam
Recover
Attract

Mirror Coat/Confuse Ray over Attract. Modest Nature. Attach Leftovers. EVs in Def if you have MCoat(or else put in Special Attack), and HP.

Groudon @ Nothing (Maybe Soft Sand, but where can I find it?)
Nature: Gentle
Ability: Drought
Moves:
Slash
Solarbeam
Earthquake
Fire Blast

Bulk Up Groudon works better than SBeam ones. Bulk Up, Earthquake, Brick Break, Aerial Ace. Nature: Adamant. EVs in Attack and Special Defense

Salamence @ Shell Bell
Nature: Hardy
Ability: Intimidate
Moves:
Fly
Brick Break
Crunch
Dragon Claw

I'm not fond of the Dance set, so I'm giving you the SAttack sweeper one: Hydro Pump, Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Crunch. That set kinda sux, don't blame me, i'm dumb at sala. Attach Leftovers(or keep SBell), Modest Nature, EVs in Special Attack and Speed.

WOW! Thanks :P
But theres something I cant change - I've used Brick Break (the TM) on Salamence, then I cant teach my other Pokes it.

The most of my teams Natures cant I change, because they're males or genderless. Yes, I can breed males when I get FR/LG with a Ditto. I can also buy Brick Break there :P

Btw. How can I get Hydro Pump and Flamethrower on Salamence?

Salamence can't get hydro pump. And even if he can, it is worthless, it misses to much. you have no need for it. if u need it to take down a rock type pokemon, use iron tail, steel wing, brick break, etc. as for flamethrower, buy it in the game corner for 4000 coins in mauville city.

Sala learns Pump via breeding. And why would you want Iron Tail/SWing/BB on a SPECIAL SWEEPER? I would have to add EVs in attack then, and that'd lower the stats for the other stats I'm adding.

the point of me putting those physical moves is because a special sweeper on salamence, especially since all of your moves are offensive moves, would be no good at all. An equally leveled walrein comes into battle, and you are done.

I'm terrible at explaining, but one thing: Why on earth would you leave a Salamence out with a Walrein? Sala is very strong at both Physc and Special sweeping, so it's up to the user. It's NOT hard to destroy a Dance Salamence, I'd say.

Here we go:

Sceptile @ Leftovers
Nature: Rash
Ability: Overgrow
Moves:
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw (Not a bad idea but you have to breed this off of him now to not lose the TM since it's consumable.)
Rock Tomb
False Swipe

Metagross @ Nothing (Need something he can hold!)
Nature: Impish
Ability: Clear Body
Moves:
Take Down (Try EQ here if you still have it. THe only 2 Pkmn that can't learn EQ by breeding are this one and Flygon, but both need it.)
Psychic
Meteor Mash
Pursuit (Try Agility since his Speed blows.)

Manectric @ Magnet
Nature: Quirky
Ability: Static
Moves:
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Crunch
Roar (I was told to lose it and put a filler move like Protect or Double Team so I'm suggesting the same thing here.)

Milotic @ Mystic Water
Nature: Quiet
Ability: Marvel Scale
Moves:
Surf
Ice Beam
Recover
Attract (Not a bad idea but make sure it's a Girl and or Rain Dance would work fine here too.)

Groudon @ Nothing (Chesto Berry) (Maybe Soft Sand, but where can I find it?)
Nature: Gentle
Ability: Drought
Moves:
Slash (Rest works well here.)
Solarbeam
Earthquake
Fire Blast (I suggest Flamethrower here.)

Salamence @ Shell Bell
Nature: Hardy
Ability: Intimidate
Moves:
Fly
Brick Break
Crunch
Dragon Claw (If you used the TM, then don't forget to breed ot off since it's a disposable TM.)
That's all I can do here.
