The last Dungeon I got is Stormy Sea.

I tried the dungeon but fainted, and didn't try to be rescued, so is there another way to get HM Dive?

It should be on one of the floors in many new dungeons, just pick it up and use it infront of the locked door, there is an item called link cable in the game, it's useable in lumanes cave(where you evolve pokemon). Since you can't trade in MD, and some pokemon need to be traded to evolve, it was added in to allow them to evolve.
