When is the D/P season gonna premiere in the US on Cartoon Network? Or to be more specific, when will Hikair appear?

Heh, we'll see. Gym Battles are more a part of Diamond and Pearl than Contests, so it's fair to assume that Gym Battles will also be more a part of the anime than the Contests will be, which means that Ash will still be the main character and Hikari will be a secondary character just like May.

OMG in less than 14 days its comin out im tired of May!Cant wait to see Aipom when it evolves!I just wish I Frikkin knew japanese to see whats gonna happen!!Cant wait for the game either the contests dont sound that good with the new features though!

1) I don't really like Hikari. SHe is basically a valley girl and is everything that people were afraid May would be. All the creators did was give her cute pokemon and a cute personity. Completely opposite of May and I guessinga pain to watch during the first few episodes.
2)Yeah but that just means we have to wait a long time with what is going on.
3)Not about Ash anymore? From what I have seen I can only guess it can get worst for Ash. He gets a new rival. Plus if you notice in the first contest, Ash completed in it along with Hikari. Then I believe there was an episode title that looked like a contest one and once again I notice Ash's name was in it. So yeah. Not about Ash? Now he is taking over other's territories.

What is your source. I haven't heard any confrimation info on the premire date. I be thinking it will be closer like a week or two before the game release.

Not really caring about the show but it just going to different seeing just a minor change in the show. Brock is back and Aipom is coming along. We see what happens. Don't be basing how good this season will be just because of a pretty girl.

Hikari is just a little add-on minor character that wears short skirts and does contests. Whoopee. When it comes down to it, the main demographic for the anime, young boys between 5-10 (not saying they're aren't others) likes Ash and what he does, so he'll be the focus. He always will be.

But, the first episode in the first Hoenn region series, May was the only character, excluding Torchic and Professor Birch. Then guess who came along. You guessed it! Ash Ketchum.

Aipam hasn't evolved in the RAW yet. Plus, you'll only see the first five before an inevitable rerun party.
