na keep careful, curselax is meant to be careful. Metagross should have thunderpunch>hp fire for a 2hko on skarm and gyara. Psychic is not needed. The stab won't help. Heres the metagross I use:
Metagross @ Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 164 Def / 36 SAtk / 56 SDef
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash
- Thunderpunch

Elemence is kinda surprising but I don't like it that much. No-one switches skarm into mence anyway in fear of a FT/FB. And if you switch a mence into skarm, it's obvious that a special move is coming so they'll switch. IMO curselax needs more HP>Attack. And that vaporeon lead doesn't look to great.

Also your team doesn't seem to like a DD tar. Especially a sub dd tar.

I'd personally use around 212 Hp Evs. It doesn't need all that Sdef

Use Brave, and shift Speed to Atk. This thing needs max HP imo. 252 HP / 88 Atk / 56 Def / 76 SAtk / 36 SDef are better EVs. Also, you need EQ, unless you want Magneton and Jirachi setting up on you

I'd much rather use Timid to outspeed Adamant Dugtrio, but eh
Swampert in general (Specifically Cursepert) will give you problems. I know Mence can own it one-on-one, but having a counter that is 4x weak to Ice beam is never good. Also watch out for CM Celebi and Tyranitar in general

Vaporeon doesn't need a -speed nature unless you are BPing wishes. The point with bp is that you give it as low speed as possible (including dropping the IV to 0) so then when you BP the next turn they are more likely to be faster than you and hit vaporeon instead of the recipient. Since you're not BPing, you'll be switching to pass wishes which means you might as well make it Bold and add that little extra speed. Yeah like lucavi said it's better with more HP.
