My favourite is probably the two Pokemon Ranger banners. They are so colourful and happy looking.

Thanks XD And yeah, used some very soft brushes, black, whie, black (layers of brushes) and all set to overly over a bg with clouds and then turned that bg blue. I think, either that or I used a colour blance layer at the end XP
