Kenisis sucks on Alakzam. Two Psychic attacks are usesless. Modest is the best for Alakazam. Twisted Spoon is pointless

Calm Mind works well on special sweepers. I despise Nightmare, and it is hard to get any damge in with moves that only work when a pokemon is sleeping. Plus three damaging Psychic moves are useless.

Okay this is one unbalanced team firstly, and next time, it'd help if you post EV distributions. If you don't know what it is, then you might want to ask around. Also, here are some other Pokemon options that might help you:

- Sleep Talk
- Thunderbolt
Abusing Pressure is very nice. Rest when you're low on health and Sleep Talk to attack while resting.

This thing is almost indestructable since it's so defensive.

Except Exeggutor sucks at being a Grass Type unless you're SunnyBeaming. If you actually want to make it far with Grass Attacking, use Victreebel, since it actually has enough Speed to pull a Sleep Powder and start attacking with.

Exeggutor > Victreebel, cos Exeggutor has a better movepool, higher defenses, way more satk and doesnt have as much counters as Victreebel does.
