Weezing doesn't really beat Swampert; Hydro pump is a 2hko. Just go with HP grass Zapdos like everyone else said

Jirachi may also want another attacking move to hit Darks, it also turns the team to Ubers so you might consider someone else or some more Ubers. Someone who does better against Ghosts could help in this team. And what everyone else had said for Zapdos and Starmie.

Jirachi's not uber, it's standard. All 600 bases aren't ubers with the expection of Mew, thanks to its wide movepool.

Its a pretty good team in my eyes but grass over ice and adamnet nature would be the way to go with your starmie.

No offense, but no-one should use Adamant Starmie, because the only physical move commonly used on it is Rapid Spin (which won't KO anything anyway), and the rest of its usable movepool is primarily special.

Pretty good, but your Jirachi and Weezing have too little attack moves.
Also, I would use Groudon or Tyranitar instead of Dugtrio, and ABSOLUTELY TAKE THE CHOICE BAND OFF.
