When you try to enter some place in Cerulean City, there's a guy who goes "I'm thirsty, the road's closed." how do I get past him?

There's a snorlax who's sleeping on a bridge, do I need a flute to wake him up? Where do I get it?

How do I get back to Pewter City from Cerulean City, I know you need to get to Mt. Moon, but I can't find it again! What route do I take?

How do you get Mr. Mime?

you need to get tea from the lady in the pokemon mansion, wich is either in safron or celladon, i believe, shes in celladon.
you need the pokeflute to wake him up i dont rememer where you get it.
to get back to pewter i think if you dont have fly or surf hms you need to go to vermillian, get the cut hm (wich you get on the ss.anne) and take diglets cave back to route two also by doing this you can get mr mime from the house outside the route 2 diglets cave exit by trading an abra wich can be picked up by the trainer bridge in cerulean
