Thanks for the comments everyone!
And I thought it was only me who hated people bragging about their lvl 100s! Lol.

To Kaze Megami : Thanks for your long opinion! My banner wasn't really made by me, i just used a nice picture i found on the internet! Eevee and co are so cool!!

To .:VS:. : I completely agree. I, myself, have NEVER gotten any pokemon to lvl 100 on any game (I simply can't be bothered, so don't make any remarks, everyone) because of reasons that have already been said.

I suppose it would be nice, but then again, can't I really be bothered to persevere? No.

I have... like one in each game, but that's about it.

There's no real point since you can challenge the Battle Frontier at Level 50. Battle Tower is boring. Friends are just too easy to wipe out. Yeah.

I think its better to have them at eighty where they havve learned all thier attacks, unless your fighting someone with all 100s.

Red face Re: "Level 100? Hah!"-well.....

you see, level 100s are good for effort training. swithch out, get half experience with your
pokemon you want to effort train, but get same amount of effort values. build it up, and you can get an abnormally strong pokemon in no time!...actually, not "no time" at all. more like...it takes a LONG TIME.

But what do Your friends think? Maybe they think you are hard and... and want to get level 100 pokes to beat you?

Doesn't matter what they think, really. My friends have restarted thier games more times than they can count.

I got me some powerful Pokemon, anyway, so that's all that really matters.

I pretty much only reach level 100 to battle in Frontier. Most of the time, I put my level 100 mons in the box and forget about them.

Well, after I learnt about effort training, I made an effort to train my pokemon to level 100+. This is so as to take advantage of their stats. I only have half a box of 100s, and I think its enough. The reason I train so hard, is cause I have cousins who train a ton. Another reason is the Battle Fronteir... you know right?

Lastly, cause I am training up for Pearl and Diamond version. Upon its release... I am sure many people will be Wi-Fiing over the net with their powerfuls... so I think it is good to train and match up with them. Yeah...

how many people here even DO know about effort training? it seems difficult at first, but
you later realize its more time-consuming.

it is more time consuming rather than hard. but back to 100's. in the big tourney thing that went by last year. didnt all the pokes there have to be 100 to even be competitive.
