You need variety for a start. Also never teach your main pokemon an HM unless you actually like the attack. Especially one as week as cut!

snorlax lv:45
-bodyslam
-surf
-rest
-snore

Not bad for a Snorlax...

raichu lv:46
-Seismic Toss?
-thunderbolt
-Facade/Return
-strengh

Quick attack has to go by this level. Try a better normal attack, if return or facade fails mega punch or kick would be pretty good. Thunder has low accuracy and low PP. Try another type of attack.

moltres lv:53
-fire spin
-flame thrower
-fly
-Double Edge

Never been fond of stat raisers...

zapdos lv:53
-thunder wave
-drill peck
-Aerial Ace
-thunder

Not bad... but is it neccesary for 3 flyers?

articuno lv:54
-Aerial Ace
-secret power
-Return
-ice beam

No more fly! It burns!

Overall I give your party a 56% F. Sorry to say you need a lot of work.

Okay, I picked up TM10 on my FR game and I wanted to try it out and I did on my Venomoth. Here's her stats:

LV 45
Modest Nature
Psybeam
Silver Wind
Hidden Power (Ghost)
Sleep Powder

charizard

thunderpunch (Optional: Fly) Thunder Punch will be great against Water-type!
dracon claw
flamethrower
blast burn

Nidoking

Earthquake
brick break
megahorn (Any Dark-Type Move besides Persuit so you can beat up the Psychic-types)
Sludge bomb (Sludge has a higher accuracy (I think) of poisoning than Sludge Bomb)

Crobat

sludgebomb (Sludge has a higher accuracy (I think) of poisoning than Sludge Bomb)
aerial ace
fly
gigadrain (Good replacemant for Leech Life!)

Vaporeon

surf
Icebeam
quick attack (Teach Dig so you can beat up Electric-type Pokemon)
raindance

Electrode

mirror coat
explosion (Not such a good idea. It can destroy your Electrode)
shockwave
thunder

Slowking

Psychic
surf
Icebeam
calm mind

Great Movest for Slowking! Espeacially Calm Mind!
My suggestions and comments are in bold. I made a few changes with some moves that don't match with the Pokemon's type(s) and also moves that are super effective against its weekness.

Haha, I fail so bad at Pokemon. XD

Flareon, lv. 40, Bite, Return, Fire Spin, Fire Blast

Rhyhorn, lv. 31, Counter, Stomp, Fury Attack, Rock Blast

Jynx, lv. 42, Lovely Kiss, Powder Snow, Psychic, Ice Punch

Blastoise (I call him Swimmy. XP) lv. 45, Hydro Cannon, Surf, Water Pulse, Bite

Dragonair, lv. 35, Surf, Blizzard, Twister, Dragon Rage

Dodrio, lv. 32, Pursuit, Fly, Tri Attack, Steel Wing

It's kinda sad. Any suggestions? I know I need to get rid of Dodrio for something like Zapdos, I'm working on it.

Before I rate this I am going to tell you something that will instantly make your Pokemon better. You should almost NEVER have 2 or more attacking moves of the same type on a single Pokemon. This is redundant and a waste of a moveslot.

Blastiose Lv.82
-Hydro pump
-surf
-Sleep Talk/Rapid Spin
-Rest

Make it an infamous sleeptalker. These things were all over the place in GSC. It's about as Blastoise gets really . Switch Sleep Talk with Rapid Spin if you feel the need for Spikes protection.

Alakazam Lv.80
-Psychic
-Fire Punch
-Calm Mind
-Thunder Punch/Ice Punch
/Thunder Wave

Alakazam is made to sweep. Recover isn't really worth it because you don't want Alakazam to be hit in the first place. Thunder Wave is there if you really want it but Alakazam isn't really an effective disabler. The only thing you really want to do if you predict a switch is Calm Mind.

Lv. 74 Pidgeot
-Substitute
-Aerial Ace
-Return
-HP Ground preferably (but take whatever you can get as long as it's not HP Flying).

Easy-to-use Pidgeot. Pidgeot isn't very good but might do some damage.

Arcanine Lv. 71
-Howl
-Extreme Speed
-Iron Tail
-Flamethrower/Overheat

Howl once or twice if you can manage then attack. Poor Arcanine can't really do that much its great stats since it has suck a weak movepool

Tyranitar Lv. 71
-Crunch
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Thunder Wave

Mixed attacker. Pretty effective I suppose. Sandstream might screw up your team though.

Sixth Pokemon:
Curselax, Blissey, Skarmory, Tauntrados or any OU Pokemon can fill this spot.
There you go. That should work pretty well. However with some of the Pokemon you have it won't be exceptionally strong in competitive play. However you should still put a licking on your friends.
