Use the Bicycle on the speedy setting, and press the back and forth rapidly. I think I heard about earlier on in this thread, or something like that.

That glitch is for Diamond and Pearl versions, In the japaneese versions of the game it supposedly could have been used acquire shaymin and darkrai, but I've heard it doesn't let you get them in the english versions.

In PokemonRed/Blue-Missingo or M glitch, Gold, Silver, and I think this works for Crystal tried cloning 99 rare candies and giving them all to a pokemon to get it to level 100 without having to train it?

In Pokemon Gold, Silver, and I think Crystal, you can clone eggs with the cloning glitch. If you have an egg like an Onix egg, instead of waiting for it to hatch to clone it, you can clone it while it's in its egg.

It works better in red and blue, in G/S/C, it takes longer, but I don't do that anyway...

No, you can clone up to 5 pokemon at a time...

I know you can, I was advising to do one at a time when convenient in crystal version to help prevent adverse affects of the cloning glitch.

no, you cannot do the mew glitch in g/s/c versions because the trainers that you do the mew glitch with have been removed from the game.

I did the Missingno thingy to duplicate my Rare Candies.. but instead of 99x Rare Candy it says: "flower icon" 1 Rare Candy... I think it's pretty screwed up lol anyone had this before/knows what it means?

EDIT: When I used one, it turner into "flower icon" 0 Rare Cnady ^^ and now its something that looks like a triangle 9 Rare Candies

Those symbols are really just representing numbers higher than nine. The glitch duplicated your rare candies and left you with a number higher than 99, probably pretty close to 120, unless you defeated more than one missingno with them in the sixth slot, but anyways, it cannot support having 100 some odd rare candies in your bag, because it can't have three digits, so it makes up a single symbol to try and accurately display the amount of rare candies that you have. While this method should solve the problem, most people have no idea what any of the symbols mean, and it just creates confusion.

If you want to know exactly how many rare candies you have, go to your PC and deposit 99 rare candies until it shows only numbers and not symbols.
