There are online services. I just use white, it's more convenient.

I just use photoshop to create transparent backgrounds.

Being ten is no excuse for being stupid. Don't use it as one. ChronoPikachu, though noobish, is a pretty smart ten-year-old, so I'm setting the bar at his level.

P.S. To make it transparent, go to MS paint, go to the top, Image, uncheck "Draw Opaque".
