If you don't know how to do it, ask someone who does spite editing to do it for you. (You can find people who can edit spites in the graphic art board)

just do it in paint. Just match the colors together.

outline to outline, shadow to shadow skin clolor to skin color. It's not rocket science (unless you're dealing with Clefairy or Deoxys...)

Recoloring a simple sprite is quite easy, and can be done with any paint program (preferably Photoshop though). It will only take me a couple minutes to do it, but I'm not available to do it right now as I'm at school. I can do it when I get home though.
