i need better team

i need help with my team . i have a challeneg at school and i cant use any ubers or other pokemon like that so far im using flygon,milotic,and stantler(i choose stantler cuz it can use psychic/thunder) i need 3 more pokemon can u guys help me out with a new team and good moveset.

Oh im sry bad at spelling (as u can see ). Milotic has icebeam,recover,toxic,hydropump(thinking of ditching hydropump) my milotics item is leftovers (makes it super annoying) . My stantler has psychic,thunderbolt,calm mind ,and stomp (i know replace but with what ? )Stantlers item is soothbell. Can u help me out .

~ Rock Slide
~ Double-Edge / Quick Attack

Special Flygon is stupid, I don't care what anyone says about it. You don't deal enough damage without Choice Band.

MILOTIC - MARVEL SCALE
@ Leftovers
~ Hypnosis / Toxic / Light Screen
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Recover

Hydro Pump is okay, but Surf is better for a defensive pokemon like Milotic. Or use Rest, Sleep Talk, Ice Beam, Surf but none of those are too effective. Hypnosis is cool, but Toxic makes Milotic annoying as hell.

STANTLER - INTIMIDATE
@ Choice Band
~ Double-Edge / Return
~ Earthquake
~ Shadow Ball
~ Filler

Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave and Psychic are pretty cool fillers, as is Double-Edge if you went with Return and need more power for whatever reason. Or use Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, Double-Edge / Return, Earthquake / Shadow Ball. His attack is higher than his special attack, so I'd strongly suggest making use of it.

You need a normal resist and a reliable special sponge from the sounds of it. Snorlax and Regice are good for sponging specials and Regirock, Skarmory and possibly even Forretress are good options. Weezing could also work, since Will-O-Wisp and Pain Split give him some good survivability. The last slot is up to you, but I'm inclined towards a supporter of sweeper.

mirror coat milotic would work well... most non internet people don't even think about a pokemon having anything but damaging attacks =\

if you want a special attacker in place of stantler that learns calm mind, an electric attack, and psychic, i suggest alakazam. you'll be sacrficing thunder for thunderpunch but eh its better than... stantler o.O
