Movesets? EVs? Items?

We kinda need those if you want your team to be rated...

Why use wailord AND walrein?

Also, don´t use more than one attack of a certain type (Eg: Your kyogre has Hydro pump+Water spout)

Flase wipe is only good for catching PKMN, but if you are gonna fight somene, ditch it

Same goes for Outrage and Hyper beam

Also, post natures adn EVs if you remember next time

If wouldn't be to much trouble can you recommend any pokemon to replace Walrein or Wailord and what move can I take out for Hydro pump or Water spout. What is the problem with Outrage? I can just give a Perism Berry to him. Also I am having trouble understanding EVs...I have read an article about it but it's not making to much sense. And I can't find the EV training stuff here in these forums.

I can't really make you movesets but I can tell you that this is a mediocre team.3.5/10 in net battle
4.5/10 for in-game

outrage is pretty bad, as it doesn´t let you switch while attacking. Use Dragon claw instead

Surf>water spout/hydro pump, always

There are better bulky waters for in-game than Walrein, like Milotic/Tentacruel

but if i do replace hydro pump or water spout with one surf, what about the other b/c like u said it is only good 2 have 1 of each kind of move.

You ditch ONE move for Surf, and you get rid of the other Water move completely.

And the thread that explains EVs is right in this forum. It's just a post or two above this one...

Like megumi said, lose one of Water spout/Hydropump for surf. You can teach Calm mind/Substitute on the other

get rid of Wailmer. Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayqauza they are all horrible legendaries and I hate them i catch them but i never use them they suck and are overated.Maybe you can keep one but store the others
you Team should be:
Sceptile
Wailord
get a Solrock tech it fire type moves mostly but with some psychic
get an Altaria
get a Magneton
get a Glailie 0r Loudred or whatever the name for the final form for whismur is
if you want you can replace Wailord for a better watertype pokemon like Whishcash or sharpedo

catch a tropius and a gyarodos and remove all your weak HM's off your pokemon(remove all but surf off your water pokemon) and make tropius and gyarodos become Hm slaves
Tropius-Fly
Rock Smash
Cut
Flash
Gyarodoes-Surf
Strength
Waterfall
Dive
only get tropius or gyarodoes out if you have something blocking your path.

I find serebii.net describes evs rather well:
evguide-serebii.net
you need to understand effort values to achieve your teams maximum potential.

Take out Walerin, Wailord, Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza. You never need that many uubers in your team and contrary to popular belief a team decked with Legends doesn't impress most people. The Walerin and Wailord aren't the best Water-Type Mon out there. Try these Pokemon in place of the abovementioned:

Milotic- Water
Jolteon/Ampharos- Electric
Flygon- Ground/Dragon
Arcanine/Ninetales- Fire
Espeon/Alakazam/Gardevior- Psychic
Tyranitar- Rock/Dark
Dugtrio- Ground

This way you can balance out your team. Right now you have three Mon weak to Grass and Electric, which are both relatively popular Types. A good Fire Type like Arcanine can take down the Grass Mon, and a good Groun Type like Flygon can easily deal with the Electric Mon. Psychic Mon are good for the E4. It's always a good idea to have a powerful Water Mon trained, as well as a Dragon Mon (since they have resistance to so many types and can learn a variety of moves). I don't have time to list moves right now, but I'll get to it as soon as I can ^^.
