Help Please

Hi. I´m new here and i'd like some help.

I once sprited a lot, stopped and now i'm back in it again,
I started doing some different pokémon sprites to do attack animations. And I need a sprite of a sprite of a trainer custom made. I don't have much skill so could someone help do a trainer sprite in the size I want. (The summon night sprite is just to show the size).
