Okay, Sluggaboo, use Iron Defense, then Toxic on Toxic Boom. If taunted, use AncientPower on Smeargle, followed up with Ember. If needed, switch targets if they use a move that would prevent you from hitting them, such as Protect or Substitute.

Toxic Boom, use Leech Seed on Smeargle, then on Mr. Mime. If either of them uses Magic Coat, a Substitute, or Protect, use Swords Dance instead of Leech Seed on that target. If taunted, use Bullet Seed on Smeargle, then another Bullet Seed on Smeargle. If needed, switch targets if they use a move such as Substitute or Protect that would prevent your moves from hitting.
