First to post?

Sweet

I'll start with an idea by Dredd himself: What pokemon did you want to use in this game that you never had the chance to?

I'm thinking thats how that went.

I only played through Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald once (which was a first for me at the time xD) so I only ever used a very small amount of Pokemon. I'd like to try using Roselia and Breloom (I always pick the Grass starter so I don't often get to use other Grass-types), Medicham, Absol and Banette. For some reason, I really like Banette's design. Have no idea what it's like to battle with one though.

How about you TARDIS? =)

Me?

Well, this was the generation I started with, so I kinda tried them all

Haha but I gotta say, I never really went far on skitty or gulpin or plusle/minun. Usually gave up at like level 15 and ditched them.

Pretty much any of the 'cute' and 'sweet' pokemon.

But I remember wanting to have a Scizor. Good times. I love Sapphire.

Oh, nice. I didn't like Hoenn that much so I didn't play it as many times as I normally do. I used both Plusle and Minun on my first play-through just because they were cute. It was a lot of work training them enough for the E4, though. Can't say I've had any desire to train Gulpin haha.

Blame SSBB for the Gulpin. Do you know how annoying that little ball of nothing is? Nothing but a stomach. He's like the inverted version of Kirby!

Sorry for intruding but i've also only played through R/S/E once or twice. I ended up using Treecko most
of the time, then Mudkip once. It's weird that I used fire starters through the other games and Torchic didn't really interest me.

You're not intruding at all! I always pick the grass starters even if they don't appeal to me that much. They usually grow on me though (bad pun). I used all three starters on Sapphire (got my cousin to trade them to me). It was fun using all of them at once and it was good cos otherwise I never would have tried using Swampert and Blaziken.

That's a cool way to think of it. Maybe I will try using the opposite starter type instead now. Thanks!

Thats cool! I just bought my 3rd copy of Sapphire (because of past issues with the first 2) yesterday. Can't wait to take yet another nostalgia trip!

I loved Swampert. The thing is, I thought Mudkip was lame and torchic was too cute. Treecko was just boss. And then I did Torchic after I learned about Blaziken!

Swampert is just sweet.

I also forgot about Sableye, as well as Seviper and Aron. I did though, train an Aron later on to an Aggron, which helped me defeat most trainers!
