Default Nuvema Town vs Aspertia City

Nuvema Town is the player's home town in Black and White.

Aspertia City is the player's home town in Black and White 2.

Which do you prefer?

I like Aspertia City better. The name is really pretty and it has some cool features that we don't usually see in the normally bland hometown (lookout, trainer school, its own Pokemon Center).

They're basically trying to start the player off as quickly as possible this time around instead of having to wait until the next area to learn the basics and what a Center is. Having a Gym is a nice touch, too.

And the way it's written this doesn't seem to ruin the story at all.

Far as I'm concerned starting in a City instead of a Town is a good idea. Wonder if this will be the trend from now on?

I feel like Nuvema had a more cozy feel and I enjoyed the music more.
I still go back and revisit Nuvema sometimes but really don't like going back to Aspertia.

Aspertia City is better imo, it has its own Gym, Pokemon Center and the lab, in this veteran's opinion, this town has been the best improvement since the gaming series began. It has all of what you need in the beginning, certainly a plus for those who are new, now they can restore at the Pokemon Center.

Nuvema Town however had a basic layout and without a doubt, more welcoming and comfortable, but there was no use out of it.

Having a gym and a Pokemon Center right there at the start is a great idea. You can get everything you need in starting right at the get-go. You can buy potions and Pokeballs at the start rather than having to wait and run around before being able to buy Pokeballs.
