I was thinking of starting a thread where two pokemon were chosen and then the next person, which could be anyone, would make a battle between the two. It wouldn't have to have a winner, just a few lines or so explaining and describing the moves and such to make it interesting. Either one could go down at any time. When one fainted, someone else would select a replacement and make another scene. It could be a never ending battle. I didn't know if that was something that might be interesting or perhaps boring?

Well there is something like what your talking about in the general chat. Here is a link to the Who would win thread. If your looking for something more, suggesting a new game on TEs thread would be a good idea.

Anyone could make either pokemon be knocked out at any time. I guess its more of the writing part of it I'd be interested in. People could post one after another, adding to it. If someone decided they wanted to knock out a pokemon, then do it. I suppose there could be points for those who can come up with really good pieces or something. I'm just thinking of ideas.

I enjoy reading that thread. But it would be more of a writing style game.

Kind of like a Mini-RP in a way.

Yeah, anyone could affect the outcome however they wanted. They could "reserve" their turn next so that they didn't attempt to post as someone else was, causing them to have spent a little time making their post and it be a waste. It could be an on going battle or it could be a six on six or something. Maybe we could pit gym leaders against each other like Lt. Surge and Blaine and such, using pokemon that they would use according to their specific gym typing.

I really like this idea. It would give some reffs in the ASB some time to polish their writing skills a bit more, as well as everyone else. Also, we could use a random Pokemon generator to decide what is fighting what as well.

I like this idea, more due to the fact of increasing the competitve aspect of pokemon on PE2K.
