Move Tutor moves as of right now are not allowed. This is an immutable fact.

Also, your "loophole" is not valid. You must have a Pokemon capable of learning the HM AND the HM itself in your possession to proceed. "Teaching" a Pokemon the HM is essentially just a commodity, I think.

You can't trade and trade back for moves. It wouldn't be approved.

Move Tutor moves from BW and BW2 are not allowed yet. I will be adding tutors to the map after Christmas.

It adds 6 hours to the 48 hours. I have been on this route for a month. What happens? Just skips? or do I wait until 6 hours After the OP?

Think of it like this;

You are on the very edge of the Route. One step and you're to the next area. Then you somehow (xD?) become lost and wander around for six hours until you get back to the end of the Route.

Yes, he's allowed to do that as long as he checks what the NPC does/will do, like give prizes, turn out to be a bad person, etc.
