So, today I just legit caught Pokerus for the first time ever... Anyways, I just finished beating the 4th Gym and I was wondering where to EV train? Also if I could reset EVs on the infected Pokemon at this point?

The current infected are Sigilyph and Scraggy, but I'm really just looking for training areas that I have access to. Thanks.

Well firstly, what you want to do is infect another worthless Pokémon with it and toss it in the Box. That makes sure you have another 'backup' in case something goes wrong and your Pokémon lose the infection. Afterwards, depending on the areas available to you at this point in the game, you can use some online guides and this page to make a plan. To answer the second question, yes you can; there's a group of Berries that reduce EVs (somewhere on this page), and if you calculate who has gotten what so far, then you can reduce certain EV stats to zero.

The only way to delete ev's is with the following berries I will tell you which stat EV's they lower.
Pomeg Berry: Lowers 10 EV's on HP
Kelpsy Berry: Lowers 10 EV's on Attack
Qualot Berry: Lowers 10 EV's on Defense
Hondew Berry: Lowers 10 EV's on Sp. Attack
Grepa Berry: Lowers 10 EV's on Sp. Attack
Tamato Berry: Lowers 10 EV's on Speed

All berries raise happiness also. There is no way to delete EV's any other way. I don't believe if you maxed out a stat and had some of the HP from the EV training it isn't possible to delete them with the berries.
