I don't see a problem with that as long as you somehow credit the old team leader.

• We've decided on a tentative 8 team cap. As far as which teams make it, it's first come-first served. However please read the next point
• If your team starts to make WAR look like a joke, your team will be removed from the registration. This excludes teams formed before this post.
