i get logged out whenever i'm not typing here for 10 minutes or more. Extremely frustrating.

Do you have the "Remember Me" checked when you logged in?

Remember Me keeps you logged in. So you don't have to re-login everytime you visit the forum.

You can also use a time machine to prevent this logging off.

Oh yeah, use it every 9 minutes 59 seconds and you'll go back 10 minutes back in time, so everything done on the forum and everything you posted and viewed are gone because they are future now.

LiSTEN... i log-in and after 10 minutes or more, i can't post without RE-TYPiNG MY NAME & PASSWORD..

Total problem. Large piss-off/ annoyance.

That "Remember Me" crap is a scapegoat.

I'm not talking about 2 days later, i'm talking about 10 MiNUTES later

Depending on the settings on the computer, it might have different settings on the "cookie" files. Those files determine whether you're logged in or not. Wouldn't be a surprise to me if the library cookie file settings are set so that you won't be saved logged in forever, just in case you forget to log off.

XD Wow, that's something I would do to make a post longer. Scary thought oo...

And yeah, you're probably right Ryan. When these computers shut down, anything saved to them is erased, things that were downloaded are deleted, that sort of thing.
