ANYWAY: I agree with Voices. In my opinion, if a child is wild and rambunctious and out of control, it is usually the parents' fault. Certainly, some children are naturally more rowdy than others, but a firm hand can deal with it. A leash doesn't fix the problem, it lets it fester.

i once saw a mother with her daughter tied to a leash at the bus terminal, but i dont think that leash was for fun, she was all crazy and stuff, while her brother was free walking, not tied to a leash, but he was calm. i think it is a good way for parents to control their child.+ it is humiliating too, so it is an effective punishment  . add a poll to this thread

Today I discover my mother used to put ME on a leash. Although, considering the fact that I like to wander distractedly, I can't blame her.
