A question on Salamence
I'm on a random interest spark with Salamence again and much to my disappointment it can no longer learn Outrage. However is it possible to transfer a Salamence with said move over from gen IV into Gen V?

I never tried that, but I think it could be possible once both games are for Nintendo DS.

Yes, it is possible.
It requires two DS systems and access to the Poke Transfer Lab. You can send over the Salamence and play a little mini game to catch it. However, it can never return to the game it came from, similar to Pal Park. In addition, it cannot have a held item or know an HM in order to transfer. You must also have beaten the game to get access to it, I believe.

if there is a way i would breed it make sure it has outrage and make that trade. I dont bring my trained ones over i breed and send the new ones over
