Skyrim Glitchtopia - Discussion and Help

What are some interesting, funny, frustrating, or just downright strange glitches you've encountered while playing Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? Discuss then here!

If someone is having trouble with a glitch, also post to see if anyone has a solution!

The most recent one for me is my "headless high elf". I was wearing the archmage's robes, along with the mask that boosts magika (blanking on the name). I went into third person just to get a look at my character and she had no face, or head! It was all invisible! It made me chuckle.

Also, the Graybeards aren't teaching me the final word of unrelenting force (DAH). I play on the Xbox and have already given them the Horn of Hrothgar. Anyone have any solutions or comments?

Has 'dah' appeared on the ground? There's a bug where in order for it to activate you have to stand on it.

Otherwise you've walked into a bug. Try reloading the last save and make sure the horn is in you inventory. If not, then your character is bugged out and you will need to delete them and start a new game.

By the way it's not spelled 'da' it's spelled 'dah'. Fus ro dah!

Personally, the biggest glitch I face is the game crashing at random intervals. I have developed a habit of saving constantly.

Other than that, I've noticed a lot of times that the scenery, especially trees, turn a blue-white shade that, while pretty, definitely looks out of place.

I have a glitch on one of my characters that the entire bloody city of Markarth attacks me as soon as I enter the city. The Blood and Silver quest bugged and now I can't get arrested; instead I get a circular dialouge with the guards and the quest can't continue, therefore I get attacked as soon as I'm in the city limits. It's annoying as hell.

Otheriwise the typical arrow-stuck-in-the-head glitch and a few others, but only that Markarth one really has impeded my gameplay thus far.

Never really experienced any glitches. Other than the occasional glitches with a dragon or two, nothing really notable.
