its time to use one of the many items i brought with me; the talisman of earth, i kept it in a box all the time. as i approach latio, i pretend to fall over and drop the box containing the talisman, latio curiously opens the box and sees the shining golden talisman, latio instinctively picks it up from the box, bad idea, because the instant one touches it, the talisman will curse this person, the only way to lift this curse is to reunite the talisman with the other elemental relics, witch are long lost, so while latio is busy wandering the world searching for something simply impossible to find i claim the hill

I kick your stomach until you hack the Relics up and use the Relics on the Talisman and on me appropriately, your Puke be d**med (and clean up afterwards). YES, I DID!!! You're so amazed that I actually did what you would NEVER do that you GIVE ME THE HILL. YHEA, IT'S MINE NOW!

I crawl up the hill, a bloody mess, and I grab Latio's throat and forcibly throw him down, making sure he doesn't glue me as I met an anti-glue spell on myself

...I walk back up and Teleport Sheepat into a Hospitol (He'll want those wonds repaired) before he says anything about claiming the hill, and Claim the hill.

I take a needle from the hospital (after getting my wounds healed) and inject it into Latio's back. Latio has a heart attack and falls off the hill, sustaining the wounds I had before, along with a faulty heart. I claim the hill.

I GET TWO AUDINO TO USE HEALING PULSE ON ME, SO THAT FIXES THAT, FOLKS.

You cannot, no matter how much we come close to, cripple you badly or kill you. Or our reasons are null and void. Vice-versa for you. It's in the rules. Keep in mind, I came off of that fall with no injuries whatsoever, no special powers or whatnot. It's cartoonish in that sense alone (I think).

ANYWAYS. I Taunt you, and after dodging a few Ranged attacks, you decide on a Physical Move. As you approach, I teleport onto the hill, Claim it and hit you with Ice Beam, sucessfully freezing you solid. Eh?

latio, i never said the talisman is indestructible, its just as destructible as regular 18k gold. you have only made matters worse as you now have to reforge the talisman, the hill is still mine

A: I never blew it up, B: I would have used it on the relic BEFORE then if I did decide it needed to go kaboom, and C: Your hiding spot for those Relics is foiled BADLY.

And, aside from that, who cares? I eat a Refresh Tail just in case, which, according to Magical Starsign, cures ALL curses, as well as pretty much anything else that isn't being outright unconsious or dead.

And I just shove you in Sheepat's mouth, and force him to digest. It's my hill.

i dont have any idea where the 3 other relics are, a guy named jack tramiel is likely to have 2 of them, and the other one is long lost, no one knows where it is

a refresh tail will work on any curse casted by a person, but a curse casted by something more powerful that that wont take any affect from it. STILL MY HILL

and by the way, i swallow a revive and destiny bonds you. so you also get a fair share of burning pain.

DO YOU EVEN READ MY LAST POSTS?! Check this VERY page! Oh, whatever, I'll do it again...

*Teleports Jack Tramiel to his position and makes him fork over both relics, and uses the third he conveniantly has, and destroys the talisman after he removes the curse*

And unfortunately, Curses can be inflicted by from GIANT, OVERPOWERED, WORLD-EATING MOTHS, among other things WELL outside the power level/understanding of 6 young Magic apprentices. And the refresh tails WORKED EVERY LAST TIME...Kind of kills that idea. :P

while you were busy beating the s*** out if jack tramiel, i set up some ninja traps, you step right into one them; one off the traps ash+friends step into in EP10, you are hanging upside down in a tree by your left foot, still in shock you are struggling to get down, but after some time you realize you will get badly hurt from the fall (and there are toxic spikes scattered all over the area you are most likely to land on of you fell) so while latio is finding himself between a rock and a hard place, i claim the hill

I teleport out of there. SERIOUSLY, you bore me sometimes. Even some 'take a third option' solutions become mundanely obvious at points.

I then proceed to use Blaze Kick on you, while your back is turned. Considering you have a body again, I'd rather not point out the whole 'ghost' fallback as anything of worth. My hill.

*disarms all those traps*

Oh, sorry XD

Anyways, I unfreeze myself with Sacred Fire, which Ho-Oh lent me. I then cast Kazapple, which fries both Latio and GW, who fall down the hill.

I claim this hill

The force of Iogurande knocks me so far back I travel the circumference of the earth, landing onto GW and knocking him out. I hastily freeze the unconsious GW and 'bury' him in an iceberg in the North Pole, nowhere near Santa Claus or hard rock GW can manipulate.

My hill.
