My Froslass, stay or go?
Hey there
I have been training a timid, quick to flee, froslass the past few days, and it's level 100 now. Its stats are: HP: 315 attack: 148 defense: 169 sp.attack: 185 sp. defense: 171 speed: 348 I guess it's not that bad, froslass' stats other than speed are pretty poor, and its mainly used to set up spikes. But I maxed its speed by ev training, and until using swift wings had no effect anymore. But still, it has 348 speed instead of 350 (max speed stat for froslass according to bulbapedia). So does that mean I didn't EV train properly, or that it doesn't have the max IVs and the speed couldn't get higher in this case? Please, I hope someone can answer me I rlly want to properly EV train a whole team, but first I need to know if I did it properly with this froslass... 'cause I rlly don't want to "abandon" it :P one of my most favourite pokemanz |

"Quick to flee" can never be max speed.
It means that Froslass has no IVs that can be max. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Characteristic
